Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Membership perks are subject to change without prior notice. Misuse of benefits (e.g., transferring passes) may result in membership suspension or termination.
4. Liability Waiver
Participation in RC activities is at your own risk. RC RC is not liable for injuries, equipment damage, or losses incurred during use of our terrain or services.
5. Retail Sales
All retail purchases are final unless defective. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition.
